PostHire is a structured marketplace that connects startup founders with content creators. Unlike Instagram DMs or random LinkedIn outreach, PostHire gives both parties a proper profile, a clear workflow, and a tracked collaboration process.
PostHire is built for two types of users — Startup Founders who want to find the right creators for their brand campaigns, and Content Creators who want inbound collaboration requests from serious startups. Businesses, D2C brands, and SaaS companies also use PostHire to run influencer campaigns.
Yes — you can get started for free. The FREE plan lets you create a profile and browse up to 10 creators per day. For unlimited access, advanced filters, and direct messaging, upgrade to STARTER (₹299/mo) or PRO (₹599/mo).
It's simple: 1) A founder browses creators and sends a collaboration request. 2) The creator reviews the request and can accept or decline. 3) Once accepted, WhatsApp contact is shared and both parties connect directly to discuss terms and deliverables.
We are actively building trust and verification systems. Currently, creators list their social handles, audience size, and engagement rates which are visible to founders. Featured creators on the platform are manually reviewed by our team. Deeper verification — including audience audits — is coming in our next release.

User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating their profile. Fake accounts or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
You must not misuse the platform — including spamming, scraping data, or sending unsolicited mass messages to creators or founders.
All users must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.
Payments & Collaborations
All payments between founders and creators must be handled honestly and transparently. PostHire does not facilitate escrow or payments between parties.
PostHire is not liable for any disputes arising between founders and creators regarding deliverables, timelines, or payment. We encourage written agreements before collaboration begins.
Platform Rules
PostHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostHire constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

What We Collect
Basic account data: Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (optional) when you sign up. This is used to create and identify your account.
Profile information: Bio, niche, audience size, social handles, and other details you choose to add to your profile. This is visible to other users.
Usage data: How you use PostHire — pages visited, features used, and collaboration activity. This helps us improve the platform.
How We Protect It
All data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.
WhatsApp numbers are only shared between a founder and creator when a collaboration request is accepted by both parties.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info.posthire@gmail.com.
You can update or correct your personal information from your profile settings at any time.
